Want to get started using Strength Coach Pro quickly?  Well, I put together this getting started guide so you can get going faster. Please take a few minutes to understand how it works and how to use it prior to jumping in, I promise it will help you get going faster!

Step 1: Watch this 6 minute overview video

Ok, so I tried the 3 hours of onboarding videos and live calls and to say attendance was "sparse"Would be an understatement. Lets try a 6 minute video that explains on a 10,000 ft level how this thing works and go from there.

Step 2: Login, go to program builder, and begin messing with the drag and drop functions, the day and week functions, and the dropdowns within the blocks.

This is how you make a program - using the program builder. Try it using all the blocks!

Step 3: Make a small program and save it. Make sure to use at least one of each block.

Notice in some blocks you HAVE to check the week boxes - these week boxes dictate which weeks that specific block shows to your athletes.  For example - if you are making a 4 week program and only want to do a new 5RM on week 4, you would drag in a metric block, select the lift you want to test and check ONLY the week 4 block.

Step 4: Click roster, and add yourself as an athlete (using another email).

Make yourself an account using another email so you can see what the athletes will experience on the other end - and what the program you make looks like to them. This will help you understand the program design aspect.

Step 5: Download the Strength Coach Pro - Athletes app, and login.

Anytime an athlete account is added, that athlete is immediately sent an email to register their account. You will get an email to the email account you used - use that and register your own test account.

Step 6: Go to your saved programs, find the program you made above and click it. Then, click the checkbox on your athlete accounts name, and click the green ASSIGN.

This is how you take a program from the database and give it to an athlete. You can give an athlete any program at any time.

Step 7: Refresh the app on your athlete account - you will see the program you made and assigned now displays there.

Exactly what your athletes will see - a live view of the program you made them.

Step 8: Check out the databases - this is where you can add exercises, sets and reps, surveys and metrics.

This is where you can begin to customize the program and add your own information.
